Shayna has been super accommodating with my last minute work schedule and super patience with me. She clearly takes her job seriously, always getting back to me promptly etc. And my dog ran right up to her during our meet and greet. Very Happy!

Shayna is one of a kind and knows so much about animals!! Our dog is diabetic and needs special care so it was difficult finding someone, so thank goodness Shayna was around!! She absolutely took care of her and sent us updates every day!! We'll definitely book her next time we go on a trip!!

Shayna is awesome. You can just tell by her energy that she is a perfect puppy person! My Bella loved her. Shayna went above and beyond to accommodate my crazy and ever-changing schedule. HIGHLY recommend her!

First time using Shayna and all went well! She texted when she was on the way for a drop-in visit, checked in when she arrived and left, and sent pictures. We were impressed with Shayna when we met her. She is clearly experienced and well organized. She is friendly and professional. We were looking for someone to stay with our senior doggie while we travel overseas. We were concerned about leaving him for so long and have been reluctant to finalize our plans, but after meeting Shayna and trying her with a drop-in visit we felt comfortable to book her and go ahead with our trip.

Shayna came in and gave Jake a walk every day for 2 weeks and did an amazing job. Jake is not the easiest walk either because of his medical history, but she understood and was very mindful of what to do. Shayna is great without a doubt!

I've been very pleased with Shayna and highly recommend her. She is very reliable, responsible, and professional and has my confidence 100%. She is sweet and genuinely loving to my dog. Always sends one or two photos along and reports on how my dog is doing on her walks.

Shayna is the best!! She cares so much about our two cats and dog. She is reliable & kind. She sends updates & pictures of our babies. If you want the best well here she is! She has been with us for over 5 years. We know our home and pets are safe. She has had our keys and alarm code on her always in case we need help at any time we are in the film business so we have a lot going on constantly. She has done overnights at my home & check-ins and walks for our dog..

Shayna was my life saver. I have 2 dogs who are a bit difficult and she was amazing with them. I had my son's destination wedding planned for last weekend and for months, I had been dreading getting a pet sitter since my girls are not the friendliest beasts in the world. Shayna came a few times to my home before the stay so the girls trusted her when we left town. The stay went off without a hitch. Shayna was there to care for them and sent me pies daily. Since we just experienced some massive heat wave, she even bought the girls a fan as my old home has no AC. Shayna went beyond and above the call of duty! She allowed me to enjoy my son's wedding without any concerns for my dogs. I cannot recommend her enough. Shayna is kind, loving, trustworthy and considerate. I will be using her services again in the future.

Shayna is amazing!! I felt so confident that my cat was in the best care while I was gone, she gave her medicine, fed her, cleaned her litter box, played with her and took the cutest photos- she's extremely responsive to messages and just so, so nice Definitely hoping she can pet-sit again in the future!

Poppy loves her stay!When I drop my dog Poppy off, she recognizes the place and realizes this is a place she loves and drags me to Shayna's door! And Shayna is super caring. She noticed Poppy was not comfortable and immediately let me know and took her for a bath. Poppy stayed for a week and everything went well. Shayna sent me a lot of updates so I'm not worried. Rebooked for my next trip;) highly recommended!

Shayna was absolutely amazing! She was kind enough to meet with me and our dog the day before his first dog walk by someone he doesn't know. She was on time, communicated with me the entire time she was there and was incredible with our little dog. I hope to see her again! Thank you, Shayna!!

Shayna is the BEST! She is always on time and always so communicative when she is with my pups. She sends photos before, during and after she walks the dogs every time! She always fills the water bowls and makes sure the dogs are safely back in their crate. Additionally when she's stayed overnight with the dogs, she's given me updates throughout her stay. She cleans up after herself and washed her sheets and left my home looking nicer than when I left. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone although I'd like to keep her only to myself!

Shayna is great! She sends me many pictures and keep me updated. Poppy looks very happy!We did an one-night boarding and she made the dropping and picking up time flexible which is super nice of her. Definitely highly recommended to people who need a sitter.

I was originally looking for a dog sitter fairly close to my home for easy drop off and pick up. I found a few in my price range and with good reviews. However, I stumbled upon Shayna's profile and saw all the great reviews and read her experience with older dogs and was certified. She was a bit further away from me (about 9 miles) but I was really impressed with her background. I sent her a message to watch my senior dog who deals with an occasional cough or trechea collapse. She and I connected and chatted on the phone about his history and her knowledge. She was so friendly and understanding and accepted to watch him on a short notice. Before taking my dog over at our scheduled time she called to let me know another dog was delayed in pick up, but will be making sure both animals are in separate spaces. It was nice to have a heads up! She kept me updated with Thunder's stay, sent a few pictures and even fed him by hand once since he was probably a bit anxious from being in a new place with an unfamiliar face. She kept in touch the entire time I was away even when I was out of service temporarily, but it was nice to find I had communication from her when I was in a place to receive them. She even checked in about medications since he used to take them (but no longer does) and this was thoughtful and thorough. She gave me a recap of him coughing a few times (nothing out of the norm for my dog). I even told my gal pals I was spending the weekend with about her great communication and they also agreed that Shayna is pretty awesome at what she does to keep the owner assured while they are away.
I am very glad I went with someone a little further out who was a great sitter with tons of experience. Her place was easy to find and in a very lovely neighborhood. I will definitely use her again when I am away. Highly recommend!
